Ingredients: Filtered water, beef bones, carrots, sweet potatoes, onion, celery, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, green beans, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, parsley, garlic, ginger, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, fennel, star anise, salt & pepper

Instructions: Keep package frozen. Remove 1 soup puck from the frozen package, heat until warm - microwave 3:30 - 4 minutes or stovetop: 5 -6 minutes
